The UC’s are experiencing increasing competition and pressure to distinguish their programs from other interdisciplinary broad bachelors. As a result, UC’s are facing the question of how to rejuvenate themselves; how to recapture the joy and magic of the initial start of the UC’s. How do lecturers experience teaching at the university colleges? To what extent are the UC’s an innovative force in the field of Dutch higher education? This year’s annual meeting seeks to provide an impression of the plural experiences of the teaching, community, and scholarship of the UC’s. Come and join the fifth annual UCANN meeting together with colleagues from all ten UC’s.
